Shipping Policy
All products sold by Home of the Brave Apparel are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery timelines follow Printify’s fulfillment network.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the items ordered, and the shipping method selected. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:
• Economy Shipping — our most affordable option, with longer delivery times.
• Standard Shipping — faster delivery at a higher rate.
Exact rates and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Production Time
Because every item is printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery
Total delivery time = Production time (2–5 business days) + Shipping time (varies by method and destination).
• U.S. orders: typically 5–10 business days total for Standard, 7–14 business days for Economy.
• International orders: typically 10–30 business days total, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high-volume periods (especially around holidays).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to activate.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at [your email]. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund per Printify’s fulfillment policies.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement. Reshipment will require the customer to cover the additional shipping cost.
International Customers
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
